You know the chicken that you get on pizzas/sandwich bars etc?

How is it cooked? I was just wondering because no matter what way I cook chicken, it is never of the same consistency

It is usually reformed, processed chicken, not 100% breast meat.
p.s. stick to doing the chicken yourself, may not taste the same, but is far better for you as its more natural with no additives.
probably been frozen too chazza

The stuff we get in the local shops is def 100% breast meat - just can't work out what they do with it!
I would imagine its poached in boiling water and sliced when cold? Only guessing though! Wrap breast in baking foil and poach ?? til cooked (not sure of the timings)
