I have just been to the locl garage for petrol, having put it off for many days due to the recent problems. While on my way there I was just thinking How on earth can the Petrol Companies justify raising the price because of the expense of the contaminated petrol - this surely is taking advantage!, now being of advanced age, should I think about not using the car as much and thus avoid all the aggravation that goes with it?. Walking a bit more often would be a distinct help physically, wouldn`t it?

However, turning all these thoughts over in my mind, I reached the garage and a further thought struck me! If I needed to get petrol, it would have been a good idea to have driven in the car so that I had something to put the petrol in!

Would be nice to have the choice to walk or drive, my car has been off the road for 4 days and Peugeot can't get the new part for another week due to the huge demand!! They have confirmed it is a contaminated fuel issue.
