Squid tentacles

just cooked some squid tentacles but they were a bit hard and chewy. Whats the correct way / duaration to cook for ? (They are arbout 7 - 10 cm long each).

That's a useful site BBWCHATT. I've bookmarked it as it's nice to be able to see how to make something and not just read a recipe.
Squid needs to be cooked either very quickly (2-3 minutes) or very slowly (1-1.5 hours). If you cook them anywhere in between they become tough and leathery. Quick cooking such as pan frying leaves them tender but they go tender if you cook them for a long time in a stew or casserole.
