normally, change that is introduced is subjected to a review after a period of time? (If only the Home Office had done this in the last 10 years)

has such review taken place?

the present set-up doesn't really work for Q&P - (I offer no opinion on other sections, since I do not use them very much.)

Q&P
a quick count shows that Abers use Q&P for crosswords cryptic + gk more than for other items eg puzzles -

human nature --- it is less hassle easier and quicker to post to the heading topic, than to the sub-topic.

I am not against sub-categories, but I am against sub-categories that are patently not working.

Like any business model --- I hope that the Ed will review the outcome of a previous policy change and see if it is working (working means to the like and approval of its consumers i.e. ABers; contributing to the popularity of the site; and whatever else the Aims of AB are)

I couldn't agree more, Q&P doesn't need the sub-sections. Nor does travel or food and drink. I used to go into both but can't be bothered half the time now. It is too confusing and time consuming. So please Ed can you get rid of them now.
