I put a deposit on a fireplace on 28/10/06 from internetfiresdirect.com but it wasnt available until the 22/11/06, i have tried calling on 2 numbers anf faxing and there constantly engaged, has this happened to anybody else and have i been ripped off. TIA
Well I hope you do get your fireplace dizy,there are some right gits trading,hope it's not a con, but in future allways pay by credit card,let them lose the money,not you, good luck, Ray

I've been try to contact these people for nearly two weeks now over a faulty fire. Have sent three times and phoned numerous times but keep getting engaged tone. Has anyone actually made contact?
