Perhaps he not wanting to pay for everything on another date night? 

You both could always go for a walk on the park one daytime. You could offer to take/make a picnic.

Come on folks this guy has met her on line has two dates ands wants sex. This euphemism of 'staying over' is ridiculous . Abbey it depends if you want a relationship or casual sex. Just my opinion and probably old fashioned but sex on a third date is a bit too early. Say no and if sticks around you will know he wants more than a quick stag.

IMO, it doesn't depend on the number of dates, you should not agree to stay at his until you know him really well and feel you would like to take things further.

Do you think he will suggest more dates? It doesnt sound like it. He sounds as though he prefers to go on 2 dates with a girl then expects her to go stay at his. Probably expecting sex.
