Have you ever fainted, as in lost consciousness?

What triggered it and how long were you out?

Yes, once a couple of years ago. Cause, slow heartbeat (23bpm).

I had a pacemaker fitted within 24hrs, no problems since.

No idea how long I was 'out' but probably only a few seconds.

Once a few years ago.  I went out to see a country and western gig with wife and friends, had just a couple of drinks.  Then just before we left the gig I felt odd and I knew my words were not coming out right.  Got to our friends house and was told I sat on wall outside as I was feeling hot.  Next thing I knew was waking up to bright lights and found I was inside ambulance.  So I guess I was out for a while.  After 20 minutes or so they said they thought I would be alright and let me go.  Got lift home from one of our sons and nothing since although I did have nice cut on front of my head where they said I fell forwards.  Still can't remember much even to this day.

I lose consciousness every night.

Tiredness tends to be the cause.

On very rare occasions I've felt faint, usually getting up from a chair or something, or coming out of a warm shower maybe, but staying low a moment or two dispels the feeling.

As a student in France once waiting at a bus stop in the snow.

Next thing I knew I was being revived in a nearby cafe by concerned locals. As I started speaking I heard murmurs of "Oh il est pas français!" no doubt making it even more of an excitement for them. I was mildly affronted 😆

I used to be a milkman and jumped off the float and turned my ankle right over. I fell back onto the platform luckily not banging my head and was out probably around a minute. The pain was excruciating but I managed to carry on and finish my round.

Once happened whilst I was about 7 months pregnant. Hubby had me holding up metal poles above my head whilst he tried to affix others to build a greenhouse (outside in the middle of summer). He was not impressed when the whole thing came crashing down around me!
