Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021

Apart from the extortionate $400+ from MS store - where can I get a Genuine lifetime license (one that is linked to my MS account) for MS Office Pro Plus 2021 to be installed on my new PC?
Am currently using pro plus 2019 but can only use it on old pc unless I uninstall it and install on new Pc as it is linked to MS account. Not going to trash the old PC just yet.

However are you really sure that you need Microsoft Office at all? I'd estimate that fewer than 1 in 100 of business users have any need of it, with fewer than 1 in 1000 personal users requiring it at all. There are plenty of other options available, with many of them being totally free.
