When claiming JSA, how can they confirm that you are actively seeking employment?
Also, if you find employment for less that 16 hours per week and still claim JSA, do they still expect you to actively seek full time employment?

I just know that they confim that you are actively seeking employment because you have to go in to the job centre every two weeks and sign a piece of paper and they ask you then. They also find you suitable jobs and arrange interviews to make sure you are looking for work. I think they check up and make sure that you go to these interviews
