I have to say it and then I'm off. There has been what I take to be an offensive post about gender realignment which shows the poster, and some who have answered,  have as little knowledge or understanding of the human body, brain or mentality as the people they so gleefully lampoon who give wrong answers on a certain quiz show.

I think that post is typical of the divide on here regarding a lot of issues. People are often incapable of putting themselves in someone else's shoes. 

Please don't go completely 'off'.

The AnswerBank is full of opinions - some of with which you will agree and others which you won't.

Admittedly TTT, being the bluff cove he is, delights in asking 'awkward' questions using the bluntest terms he can choose but the answers generated are, in the main, genuinely held and open up the debate.

Roopower, you can't expect people to shut up just because you don't like what they're saying.  It's a topic worthy of discussion.

I don't think roopower is expecting anyone to shut up...maybe just to educate themselves a bit before making what can come across as ignorant statements.

Naomi, it can get pretty damn frustrating on here when those who may be deemed to be on the wrong side of the fence as it were, will get continuous bashing and name calling from certain quarters. So withdrawing becomes the easier option. Heads and brick walls are painful.
