What Physical Activity Have You Done This Week?

Alongside my usual upper body strength exercises on alternate days - pull ups, dips and press-ups I did a mile run.
 

Planned to do 2 x mile intervals but was fatigued for whatever reason so I admit took the easy option and ended it. 

What have you done? Whether it's running or taking a short walk, stretches/range of movement exercises all is good..

I did my housework and walked the dogs.

 

10k steps every day and a social game of badminton with some mates

 

I've just installed a security light on my front wall.

I walked to the papershop and back.

Does lifting a pint glass to my lips count?

Just walking here. I suspect ABers aren't super into strenuous exercise.

Any physical activity is great pasta, doesn't have to be strenuous
 

 

I got up out of bed every day.

15 minutes yoga every morning at 7:10 am. A sedentary day in my studio and I've just come in from playing 5 holes on the 9 hole course of golf.   (No. 1 tee being only a three minute walk from my house, but baby it's cold out there.)

Slowin' down, but still movin' - (at 85).

^^ forgot to say, after the yoga I walk the dog along the river bank for 20 minutes, she walks quicker than I do naturally, so it's quite a brisk walk.

A 45-60 minute walk every day, putting my normally 60 bpm rate upto 100-110. Possibly why I sleep like the proverbial log!

Sounds good Barsel keep going. I had a friend who struggled for months at a time with getting out of bed with depression he set small goals and did a half marathon last year. 

I've also spent the day jumping to conclusions; and now I've run out of wine.

Khandro sounds cool, I've always wanted to try yoga but haven't got round to it yet. 

I also did my daily min of 10kms, 3 times a week, I end up doing 16kms. I also do my 20 squats morning+night, and my 25 sit up also morning +night. 

A nice long walk, mini circuit session in the kitchen and 2 rowing outings on the river.

I used to do a lot more walking when I had a dog. 

The cat won't let me put him on a lead 🙄

Pasta, try putting the cat in a basket.😁

I don't do exercises, I don't believe they are good for you, and it's against my religion.

Does tossing and turning all night long tangling your sheets and pyjamas count as physical activity?

If so, I'm extremely active!
