I've just opened a new bottle of Bailey's & the drink is very lumpy with cream clots. A horrible sensation to have in your mouth.

I have shaken & shaken, apart from using a sieve I just don't know. Has it gone off????

Urgent.  Was supposed.  Aaaaaaargh

Just sieve out the bits

Just ordered my salted caramel one for Xmas

Sounds horrible

Is it supposed to be stored in the fridge?

I keep mine in the fridge because I like to drink it cold.

Back from Tesco & got my litre of Bailey's for £9.

Using my club card, bargain !!!!

That is a bargain

I do like it, but only have some at Xmas time. I have to have more in my glass than  a pub puts in! Pathetic amount. I like quite a tall glass with lots of ice 😃

Take photographs and email the manufacturer, including any dates and batch numbers they will probably give you a bottle for a new one.   If it's still in date, sieve out the bits and use it for desserts,

Voucher not bottle!!!

Yes do that - I  once complained about hard beetroot and firm sent me a £10 voucher with letter of apology.
