Itchy Scalp
4 Answers
As soon as I get hot in bed my scalp starts to itch, it’s infuriating. I’ve tried conditioner and given it a hot oil treatment but nothing helps ( it’s not lice) Has anyone any ideas for relief please? Thankyou for any suggestions.

That used to happen to me when I was younger. A nurse told me it was one of two things - either a hormonal issue eg premenstrual women often find their skin is drier or oiler than normal, which can trigger itching. Or dust mites in the pillow. I bought a pillow case that is specially made to repel dust mites, . I did so, and the problem went away.
