He does hike the prices BUT he has lots of costs not only on his foraging trips but also his in-house staff doing restoration, sales, shipping, etc.
Also he has the customer base that the people he buys from wouldn't necessarily find.

BTW - some of his biggest profits are on purchases from other dealers. If they don't know what their stuff is worth maybe they should seek alternative employment!
