After the changeover to fibre my Alexa stopped working. I have tried re-starting and installing, but nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm assuming if you've changed broadband, your router password will now be different.
Have you updated the password on your Alexa so it can connect to the internet??
Does it turn on? How exactly is it not working?
You will need to follow these instructions if you haven't already done so. It sounds like Alexa is trying to connect with the old router. See the link below on how to change settings.

Thanks for your help. I've tried adding the Alexa app and it says it's free but wants my credit card details.
