Do not believe everything you read on the internet. There is no "watch list". We select moderators based on how they use The AnswerBank. Any actual moderator, rather than somebody that just claims to have been a moderator under a different alias, will confirm this.

I fear the worst for Danny but I’d love to be wrong. From my point of view as a long-observant common or garden member of AB, he is pretty much unrivalled. Open, fair and courteous. Such a genuinely nice man.

I would love to be wrong about my assumption, Spare Ed. I asked because I thought you might know what the situation is with Danny. His presence on AB is very much missed.
