I have a bottle of Hibiscrub, and wondered if it can be used as a hand wash in the loo?

No problem, undiluted and just like a shower Gel.

Apparently, also good as a footwash to keep feet fresh...

Been used in hospitals for many many years ( as a hand wash ) with iodine .
