For my other half. Can this be used in a wound that won’t heal easily, if so how much should l dilute?

Why won't it heal , is your OH a diabetic and what sort of wound is it , injury or due to varicose veins?

If it is the liquid then I don't think it needs diluting, but yes, use it by all means.

An ex nurse may give better advice.

It is on the gristle on the edge of his ear after a biopsy. Consultant recommended Hibiscrub but didn’t say how to use it. Thanks again as always.
Not a nurse...but if I'm not mistaken, there are directions for diluting on the container.
