Fred & Steven
Fred and Steven are old pals who met whilst visiting the worlds greatest doctors. Fred had never been able to walk without the aid of his crutches and poor Steven had a terrible lisp.
One day the see a poster advertising a faith healer who would be visiting town that day. They decide to try it, since all the best doctors had failed.
At the healing session, the healer shouts some mystical chant and, turning to Fred he say's "What's your name friend, and what's your problem?" Fred replied "My name is Fred and I want to walk without these crutches". The healer says "Go behind the curtain Fred and you shall be healed this day". Fred goes behind the curtain
Turning to Steven the healer said "What's your name friend, and what's your problem?". Steven replied: "My name ith Thteven and I have thith lithp". The healer says, "Go behind the curtain Steven and you shall be healed this day". Steven goes behind the curtain.
The healer shouts another chant and then cries "Fred, throw away those crutches" and the crowd cheer as the crutches come flying over the curtain.
The healer continues.."Steven, speak to us!!" and Steven says "Fred'th just fallen over"
