Neighbour has had new knee put in over the last 3 year and uses this she bought in a thrifty shop

Like cycle wheels with foot holders - but you sit down with them.

I am wishing to look for something like this to exercise my knees.

yes Helen there they are ones - might invest in a wee pair.

My sister wants me to back one I bought for her - you know (she wanted them) - your feet vibrate on them - never believed in them.

Eamon Holmes and Ruth advertise them but sure Eamon is still hobbling .

Eamon had a hip operation so of course he is going to hobble slightly

I am finding that when I exercise even if it is sitting down - ie swinging the leg 100 times they help. My physio told me to squeeze a ball between my knees and all sorts of exercises.

believe it or not Eamon had two hips done - at the same time too.

Agree with what others have said. Check with your GP first, you may do more damage than good.
