// I would like a reply from New Judge.//
and so I cant say what was in the minds of the other judges

new Judge in personam - no idea

where is your encouragement - stupid answer, stupid man, winner?
perhaps I am a telepath

New day - new court case - means the child is alive
it doesnt, he isnt

The child is dead. the family need to accept this ( and so there are very very few decisions to be made. The situation is what it is
I now wish this child could be allowed to die with dignity where he is. Transferring to a hospice is not as simple as it appears .
My thoughts on the judgments are totally irrelevant. However, I do think of all the different people involved from parents, family, friends, school contacts, lawyers, court officials, judges, medical teams to people awaiting transplants. We have been here many times before and it is beyond sad.
