It is complete & utter insanity. It shows that society has gone to pot due to the muddled individuals that have achieved power. And that Wales has become such a backwards country that there is no incentive to ever go there again. One can only feel glad that we are only here temporarily, and sad to have had to witness such deterioration before leaving.

my parents live in portsmouth, where a lot of the roads have been 20MPH for some time. In all honesty it doesnt make a difference to their lives (or mine when we visit them) and it was very easy to get used to
