If its just the odd one or two, just screw them down tight, use screws instead of nail to prevent them squeaking. you can screw them all down but you will need a good electric screwdriver.

As a first resort try spreading ordinary talcum powder on the floor, brush it around with a broom and then vacuum up the surplus... works often...

Check that the nails or screws you put in aren't going to hit any pipes,cables etc.
