I bet he was back in the day , haha
I wish him well.
Who is the oldest royal to have lived?
I wish him a speedy recovery.
Like you wolf63, the thought of living till I reached 100 horrifies me.
Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester 102 years, 309 days
Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother 101 years, 238 days
Phil the Greek was always a bit of a playboy, as was other members of the royal family, still continuing today, unfutunately the press will shadow them on there every step
Best wishes to him.
"He travelled to hospital by car."

Dear god I hope he wasn't driving as that might account for some of the other thousands of people also admitted to hospital today.
Princess Alice of Gloucester and the Queen Mother were not born royal. The longest living person to be born royal was Princess Alice, Countess of Athlone, the daughter of Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany, the youngest son of Queen Victoria. She died in 1981, two months short of her 98th birthday. She was the last surviving grandchild of Queen Victoria.
Still he will not need to be driving, unless it's his horses with a pony and trap.

I wish him well. He has been in and out of hospital for a while, so I hope he comes out this time as well. A 100th birthday is something to look forward to when you are 99!
I hope you're all right and he'll be OK. He doesn't seem like a man who would take kindly to going to hospital for not very much.
I think we all realise that neither Prince Philip or the Queen can go on for ever. Perhaps we lose them both in the next few years.
I think the best attitude is to be thankful for the good, fulfilling and very long lives they both have lived
Hope he has a speedy recovery.
