My son is on the spectrum and he hates loud noises so I'll be glad if they stop the general sale of them. I've also been involved in an incident where one was let off by some kids on my street and narrowly missed me. I hate them.
Unbelievable! They’re debating on 2 November? After every sod in my area has already bought loads and been setting them off for the past 2 weeks.
rocky the debate won't result in a ban this year. There is a process to be gone through to bring forward new laws or changes to existing ones. Every year the rock rolls a bit further. This campaign has been going on for 7 years now. When I joined in at the start, people thought it was "stupid", "killjoy", "all I had to do to stop my dogs being scared was to ignore them" and anyway "they wouldn't be scared if you weren't scared" Year by year I have seen the tide start to turn. This debate will be the 4th (I belive a record) and if we get enough signatures this year, it will be considered for debate again in 2021. Say not the struggle naught availeth.
