There is a process to be gone through to bring forward new laws or changes to existing ones. Every year the rock rolls a bit further. This campaign has been going on for 7 years now. When I joined in at the start, people thought it was "stupid", "killjoy", "all I had to do to stop my dogs being scared was to ignore them" and anyway "they wouldn't be scared if you weren't scared" Year by year I have seen the tide start to turn. This debate will be the 4th (I belive a record) and if we get enough signatures this year, it will be considered for debate again in 2021. Say not the struggle naught availeth.
