Andy invites Boris he does not go ,then bbc licence fee dodging will not be an offence no connection sure there isn’t .

Not about not being an offence, it's about it not being a criminal offence.
Unsure which Andy you refer to. Probably needs a link.

i wondered at the post, but assume now weecalf must mean Boris not turning up on the Andrew Neil interviews.
Wonky thinking. Declining an invitation is not an offence. Dodging the licence fee is.
Oh still on about that are we ? I was assuming it was probably about some invite the Duke of York had offered. So why would someone even consider there was some sort of connection ? For what purpose ?
