I believe so. As a commentator wrote, 'What we are seeing here is rich man's justice (or in this case Gina Miller) in which cases can only be bought by those with the deepest pockets. They can afford the best lawyers and finance legal action right up to the supreme court.'

jim, I think the point that j-j was making was that only the rich can afford to bring private cases to the courts.
