if it is indeed racist to pursue non-uk users of NHS services, shouldn't the government be budgeting for UK health services to be an international provider of free healthcare?

if it was a private business it would have went broke, but the tax payers pot is endless, as long as it's not coming out of any nhs managers pocket directly and relative to, the freebies they condone as racist...funny old world.
