Silly question but when the programmes are off acause of that tennis would they still be available on the iplayer .If not Would it not be an idea for the bbc as they will have more money you know the over 75s fee they are forcing the aged folk to pay .

Some may be - the BBC now make available all episodes of some series on iPlayer from the time of the broadcast of the first episode.

The BBC won't have more money - the government always foot the bill for the free tv licence for the elderly and in 2017 pledged that it would never scrap the free licence for the over 75s, then promptly passed the cost to the BBC.

and they tell you where the programmes are or will be
some will be broadcast later and I dont suppose they are gonna be on i player

and rememby - there were 86 000 complaints ( the record ) when Antiques Roadshow was interupted by viddie of the release of Nelson Mandela ( old man walking down corridy)

2 weeks of Wimbledon day & evening. Is this really what I pay the BBC for? Are THAT many people really interested in tennis. Only the posh folk play it round here!
