Some report has came out about unhealthy food ,some well to do people have suggested putting a tax on it .Im asking would reducing the price of healthy food not encourage more people eating more of it .Or would that not suit the multi millions food industry . let’s see what happens Eh

I could live with that. Lots of healthy seafood to be caught. Lava and samphire no doubt to be had. Last time I did abseiling was about 1969 in Capel Curig. Lead me to it. I can taste a Bouillibase now. :-)

spath, your health is your wealth, if you can't make time to put good ingredients into your body on a regular basis even if just once a week, you need to seriously look at your work life balance. In the long run a poor diet will cost you your health.

Open ur mind to the idea of nurses working 12 hour shifts at night and situations similar, not at one point have i referred to my own lifestyle. I just know many business owners, nurses, deliver drivers can’t always make time to cook themselves a roast or a ‘proper dinner’

My wife was a nurse for fourty years. She worked on wards for 12 hour shifts when I first met her.She lived in the nurses home at St Mary's Harrow Road. We have a scrap book still of all the recipes she collated in those days with cheap,healthy ingredients that she cooked in the nurses kitchen on a pittance of pay.More nonsense from Spath as usual. We speak from experience. Do you?

21.36 I did say Superman , not Supercop. Another Comedy about then was Police Academy . very funny, just love the plod films. Were the Cadets at Hendon also that stupid ?.
