My heart really goes out to that poor girl in the BT advert who's confused about having TWO bills to pay and she needs something a lot easier. Mind you - she does have a baby. Ah Bless. You there Ms Greer?

yes, didn't you know that women have frontal lobotomies when they give birth? How flipping patronising, I am not a BT customer and hopefully I shall not be returning to them any time in the foreseeable!!

ha ha, I was going to say something about episiotomies but didn't in the interest of good taste ( I have had a couple so it's ok for me to mention them!)

Its clear to me that the message from BT is that you have to be mentally deficient to be a BT customer. Agreed?
