A sardine salad sandwich and a cup of tea.
I wondered how bramble jam & tea could somehow make a cactus palatable ... :-)
Can of coke - an absolute must and 2 slices of buttered toast - why lol?
Backdrifter, your juice sound delicious, I will have to try it
An orange lolly and a cup of iced water!
Bowl of honey nut cheerios, and a mug of tea.
Same as Boo, followed immediately by lunch.
Ready Brek and two mugs of tea.
nothing exciting just peanut butter (crunchy) on brown toast

This morning I again had toasted cholla, this time one slice with the bramble jam and 2 with highland heather honey - and, of course, the requisite cup of tea.

Julie, yes you should try my way of having orange juice, if you like it freezing cold it's the business!

By the way - on the subject of which, about 10 years ago Sainsbury's used to do fresh Jaffa orange juice, which was far superior to the less characterful Florida orange most places sell. It had a nice bite to it, a zingier flavour. I find all the Florida stuff dull by comparison. Nowadays I can't find it anywhere.
left over vindaloo from three days ago

Yes, the left-over take-away can be a damn good breakfast. I'm particularly fond of room-temperature pizza the next morning. Not sure I've ever had one from as long ago as 3 days though. Though I'd imagine a vindaloo is probably pretty indestructible.
Good God Gerkin, left over carry out food is one thing but 3 day old left over carry out food, yuk!

I had two slices of freshly cut brown bread with loads of seeds and nuts in it with some clover, yummy oh and a pint of water (a little hungover!)

Hey - we say "take-away" in this country! heh heh heh.
