Are you in need of a caregiver, or do you want a job as a caregiver? i think your poor grasp of English is making communication difficult, and it seems to me that this should be the first place you should begin to make improvements - brush up your skills in the English language and you will improve your job prospects enormously.

I thought the OP meant that he wants a job that will pay him enough to employ a live-in carer for himself.
I don't really see how that's going to work though, unless he becomes a well-paid journalist, author or consultant working from home.
