O2 retention line told me that if you're on Three's network and you're out of coverage, the provider switched to O2, you have to pay 25p/min to use voice calls as it isn't part of your inclusive minutes.

I've looked around and can't find a reference to this anywhere. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
