Well that's no bloody comfort, I doubt he's gone to the pub for a pint so he must be lurking somewhere!.

Oh that's the worse. When you know there is one there but you cant see it. Mr Cake should be ashamed of himself. He should have at least gutted the utility in a quest to find it.

If the window cleaner does not do a lot of business in your road then it will probably be no loss to lose that particular job, I live on a long street and only two houses use the window cleaner, he uses hoses, ladders and a lot of other equipment, he does a professional job but its such a lot of effort for two houses, I can imagine if he lost the one house he would probably be happy to lose the other.

Purist, the window cleaner had ample business from the ~100 houses in the road. I am aware that 3 neighbours are dissatisfied with his service and are looking to change to another window cleaner.
