From the day he was elected President of the United States of America, all those who don't like him and his style take every opportunity to poke fun.
Fair enough, but this is just another excuse to "humiliate" him.
I don't know the guy.

He was just momentarily screwing his eyes up while looking skywards. I did that too as I was on the East Coast of the US yesterday. We had a thin layer of cloud that came across before the eclipse and I was able to look at it without glasses. Maybe they had the same weather conditions where he was.
