Depends...if he was just posting because he fancies his wife then fine...if he’s expecting praise for fancying his wife whatever her shape....well he can jog on and I wouldn’t be surprised if the lady herself wasn’t too pleased.
I like women who are small/slim/thin with little boobs, does that make me, a feminist?

The world has gone mad, with all this, can say, cant say, can do, can't do.

Lets just get on with our lives please!
There was an article recently where a man, 6 pack, woman curvy, and she was body shamed all over the internet. She looked fine.

Why do so many people judge women?
I am only guessing here but I think what he was actually saying is this woman is fat....no wonder he's got himself into trouble !
He's "always been attracted to girls on the thicker side". That figures. ;o)
I think Woofgang is right on the money.

Sometimes less is more in what you say. This did rather come across as a self congratulatory post about the fact that he loves his woman even tho she's got wobbly bits rather than because she's got wobbly bits.
Surley the only thing that counts is what his wife thinks about it
Yes, I agree - it's like saying 'I love you even though...'

Well meant but ill thought out.
Agree with everyone - he might have meant well but he's basically saying he loves her even though she's a bit overweight.
Shouldn't have generated the fuss it did, and the media really shouldn't have picked up on it so passionately; but then again, maybe a post with the tone of "look at how brilliant I am for loving a woman that isn't perfect according to society, so suck it everyone else" shouldn't have been made in the first place. Ah, well -- that sort of thing is fairly common, people do like to make themselves appear better than everyone else.

You'd never catch *me* doing anything so shallow, of course.

Yeah - he should have said - put on a bit more weight and i'll love you even more
I think she's very attractive (and no, that's not my shape) ....

hereIam
I also thought she was easy on the eyes , when I first saw her
I wonder if he would have gone public , if she was , lets say – ugly ?

I doubt it very much, but would he have picked such a woman .. ?
Probably a 4/10
