/// The defendants, aged between 22 and 45, all arrived in Austria between May and December 2015 via the Balkan route.
At the time of the attack, five of them had cemented their right to stay, the applications of the other four were still pending. ///

I wonder if found guilty, will they all still be able to stay?

Remember this is Austria and not the UK.

If SP's question were sincere (I wish it were, but I think it isn't) you could simply quote any biography of Mohammed you've read. And encourage him to read the same. Previous post somewhat (and not for the first or last time) garbled:

...as the perfect[i model of conduct would [i]under certain circumstances] approve the rape of non-Muslim women.

There are legal constraints on rape under Islamic law. The woman must be a prisoner of war, or a slave. Only under extreme interpretations of Islamic fiqh were the twelve-year old girls made available to the the "Asian" grooming gangs "prisoners of war".

Legal Sharia niceties apart, decent MPs like Ann Cryer and the few decent Muslims who knew about the rapes and protested about them received no, I repeat NO, support from the local imams or local Labour councillors. In fact both parties were vilified disgustingly.
If found guilty, then no they shouldn't stay - doubt Austria would want them to.
