I keep getting problems with my broad band and wi fi BT sent me a link to change the channel on my hub to channel 11 from channel 1 It then says to go into settings from the website they sent me but there isn't a settings tab to click onto does anyone know how to change the setting without having to go back to BT because quite frankly I'm fed up with keep ringing them up and getting nowhere this problem has been plagueing me since October Thanks in advance
If the 'website' they gave you was http://bthomehub.home/ try typing 192.168.1.254 into your browser's address bar (and then hitting 'Enter') instead. You should always see 'Settings' (but it will appear as 'Advanced Settings' if you've got the 'BT Smart Hub' model).
