Hi Nessie - hope you're feeling better. I'm rather partial to a cheddar cheese and blackcurrant jam sandwich. Cheese on toast and fish finger sandwich are also treats on the odd occasion
Welsh rarebit....full works inc....mature cheddar, mustard, touch of guiness, worcestershire sauce and black pepper, on two, preferably, brown toast.....
(Tonight for dinner, not cooked by us..... Freshly caught Cod and chips, from local takeaway, on the seafront, maybe with a couple of Curry pancake rolls too.)
