I used to be able to either chat/text online, or they would call me back if I had a problem with an order, but cant find it anywhere.

Tried help, more help, contact us, but can only send them message, that says they would deal within 2 days, which they haven't up to now, after 3 request.

Find the correct order and then use the drop downs in section 2 of the page to choose an issue

Scroll down to section 3 which should have phone contact as option 2

Click on 'phone' and fill in the details for them to call you back
