Even Neil Gorsuch, Trumps nomination for the Supreme Court thinks Trump is wrong.

He described Trumps attack on the Judge as "demoralising" and "disheartening".

With friends like this, Trump doesn't appear to need any enemies !

The thing about any new President is that the person taking office is unproven in the role. That is a fact and it is only reasonable to give him time to put in place what was promised in campaigning. President Trump cannot be criticised, having been voted in, for attempting to make the changes that he proposed. The problem that we have seen in such a quick timeline...

Your not involved in witch-hunt AH? You really think that?
andy-hughes, the very fact that he's the subject of a witch hunt is spiteful - and you're doing your bit.
Yes, I really do.

I speak for myself, I do not follow crowds into an attack on anyone anywhere ever, so I don't believe that I am involved in a witch hunt.
Naomi - //andy-hughes, the very fact that he's the subject of a witch hunt is spiteful - and you're doing your bit. //

I take issue with your inference that I am involved in a 'witch hunt'.

I am expressing my objective opinions based on what I see and hear of the way President Trump conducts himself, and I am entitled so to do.
Andy, I ploughed my way through all the posts and it did come over (as in all your Mr Trump posts) as being a personal vendetta against him.
Andy is at least prepared to give DT time to settle in as per previous page.

At least he hasn't protested with millions on a march (I think!)
andy-hughes, //I take issue with your inference that I am involved in a 'witch hunt'. //

Take issue all you like. I'm entitled to express my opinions too.
Yet again we have a serious question deteriorating into personal insults.
Can we try to keep this to comments about Trump and his competence or otherwise as president of the USA ?
Eddie, what personal insults?
I think what Eddie is trying to say is:

'let's not turn this thread into a witch hunt'...
Haaa!
Well done Lynn, you should post more often ...
mikey; Donald Trump is the duly elected president of the United States of America, and Britain has cast a vote which has been upheld by its parliament to leave the EU. Why do you continue to whine and moan?
// The thing about any new President is that the person taking office is unproven in the role.//

no one knows what a man will do until he is given power

actually more accurately
and I know AB readers hanker after accuracy and truth above all

" “There is no art that teaches us to know/ The temper, mind or spirit of any man/ Until he has been proved by government/ And lawgiving.” (lines 175-78)." antigone sophocles. sudduv around 350BC

and let me tell you whaaaat .... we sure dont with Trumpo

Judge Numbskull very correctly is insisting that he doesnt want his ass kicked on a weekly basis
by the President

and the president you know really should know this sort of thing ( core skills for a president )
// Andy-Hughs: "..........he has got to get a grip and start acting like a President."
I think that he'll be the better judge of that, Andy// Lynn

where is my irony klaxon ?

graceful jointure between the judge and behaviour ( silence under criticism) along with president and HIS behaviour ( criticism is followed by lies and threats )

and Lynn's prediction that presidents will become like judges

great ! no sign of it yet tho

Most of the people on here appear to be ignoring the essential point of my post. This is someone who Trump himself has chosen, and yet Gorsuch is being very critical of Trumps actions.

Perhaps Trump needs to pay attention to what this particular Judge says, before he changing his mind and starts calling him a so-called Judge instead.
// This is someone who Trump himself has chosen, and yet Judge Numbskull is being very critical of Trumps actions. //

as any judge would be

when the Supreme Court in London came out with Brexit part deux
the ministers were very quick this time to stop people like 3T swearing at judges for a decision they didnt like

no sign of it yet in America - which surprised me lots

However yestereday when Mr T addressed the massed police of America - and gave the usual
" I'll tell you whaaaat. - you need the means to keep these bad dudes outta the country- there are some really bad hombres around .... Your job is so hard and I kinda think the courts...."

thre was polite applause only at the end
( and no screaming whistling and cries of "Yeah baby" ! during )
