Even Neil Gorsuch, Trumps nomination for the Supreme Court thinks Trump is wrong.

He described Trumps attack on the Judge as "demoralising" and "disheartening".

With friends like this, Trump doesn't appear to need any enemies !

The thing about any new President is that the person taking office is unproven in the role. That is a fact and it is only reasonable to give him time to put in place what was promised in campaigning. You're welcome.

I'm with AH here I can't see Trump lasting the term either. Everyday he is edging closer to being impeached !
well even if he is impeached you wont get Hilary!
Andy-Hughs: "..........he has got to get a grip and start acting like a President."

I think that he'll be the better judge of that, Andy
TTT - //well even if he is impeached you wont get Hilary! //

'We' won't get anyone, it's not our President, and no-one is suggesting that 'we' would - what is your point?

The fact that he is anything but the 'better judge' is the root of every singly problem he has had, and will have.
people keep going on about impeachment as if it will reverse the election result, that's all Andy.

I think anyone who thinks that knows even less about the system than President Trump - and that's not easy!

President Trump cannot be criticised, having been voted in, for attempting to make the changes that he proposed.

The problem that we have seen in such a quick timeline is that he seems too keen to crack on with implementing these changes to the detriment of a well thought out process.

The Executive Orders are almost as if he has been given a bag of confetti to throw into the public domain and expect it to land at his feet.

His reaction to the judiciary is very disturbing and condescending.

You did not hear Theresa May publicly being churlish over the Brexit Court ruling and criticising the judges verdict.

DT has to acknowledge fast that despite his position of power, that there are many professionals and bodies who will not kowtow to his orders and roll over.

The role of the President is not some popularity contest, it comes with a huge position of responsibility.

I still say he needs time, but he needs to make modifications to both his demeanour and thought processes before plunging not just the US but the world into chaos and I don't just mean at airports either....
vortex, //it is only reasonable to give him time...//

I agree, but that's something that few appear willing to do.
Naomi, the problem for many is that at DT's time of life, the snapshot of his time in office is likely to represent his long term persona.

The best talkers are the worst listeners and I suspect he will be pigeon holed in that category for a lot of people.

They may well be right but let's be reasonable and give him just a bit longer eh?
I have no problem giving the President some time to settle into the job - but giving a vague hint that he grasps the seriousness and complexity of what he is doing would certainly assist me in meeting him half way!
andy-hughes, he'll no doubt be very relieved to hear that.
Andy //would certainly assist me in meeting him half way!//

Is that half way between the North and South Poles? ;-)
Naomi - //andy-hughes, he'll no doubt be very relieved to hear that. //

Obviously I am speaking in abstract terms since my opnion of him would matter less than nothing to him, were he even to hear it.

Which of course also applies to your opinion as well, but I am equally sure he is thrilled by your depthless support.
andy-hughes, I don't have 'depthless support' for him - I just abhor spiteful witch hunts.
I can only comment on what I say personally, but I don't believe anything I have said about the president could be construed as spiteful, and I am not involved in a witch hunt either.
Well this (if true and not out of context) will certainly squash accusations that Mr Trump is putting a yes man Republican into the Supreme Court wont it!

One less thing for the liberal elite to have a hissy fit over.
I ask myself the question, how long should DT be given?

Do you know what?, I don't know the answer...
