I think you'll have to wait and give them as a Christmans present:
Chocolate Bath Olivers on the horizon
Monday 20 Mar 2006 Reporter: Nicey and Scary Duck
The Reading Evening Post is reporting the continuing story of the resurrection of the Chocolate Bath Oliver, famously rated by John Lennon amongst others as his favourite biscuit.
As we reported back in 2004 the resurrected Huntley and Palmers have been on a mission to regain some of their lost brands including the Chocolate Bath Oliver and the Breakfast biscuit. This is no small task as ownership of these brands and recipes resides with the companies that took over the original Huntley and Palmers fourteen years ago. Huntley and Palmer's brands along with those of Peek Frean's passed to Jacobs, who themselves were sold to Danone by US biscuit giant Nabisco. The stewardship of the brands moved from Danone when to United Biscuits at the end of 2004 following the take over of Jacobs. Now in 2006 MD Nigel McCrea has at last secured the rights and recipes to once again manufacture this exclusive biscuit which he hopes to have available this autumn.
