A neighbor has been having trouble pairing his Parrot CK3100 that came with his used car.
Been through the normal steps as instructions plus I've looked on line.
The instructions say enter code 1234 when prompted this option never appears.
The phone is picking up the hands free but then says pairing fail
It's even failing when I try and pair my iPhone. Any one got any clues. TIA
May be a daft suggestion but I have a parrot and it wouldn't pair because the unit itself needed a replacemnt battery. The little screen on the parrot should show a battery strength bar.
That sounds like either the 9100 or 9200 models with the wireless controls, Prudie.
The 3100 screen and controls are in one unit linked to the master box via a cable.
I used a Parrot CK3100 for a couple of years don't ever recall it having a Battery of it's own and a 'Power Cable in standard in the 'In the Box' with the packaging

Maybe someone can confirm?
Just checked my phone and it's paired with the Mki9200. Yes screen and unit are separate, all wireless and definitely had to replace a battery in the control unit.
