Andrew Neil asked Eagle twice on Sunday morning for the difference in policies between her own and what Corbyn stood for. She evaded the question each time, and couldn't think of ONE policy difference.

Just researched it and she did NOT answer Neill's question 3 times. The whole interview was a car crash.
Oddly enough, Eagle's seat used to be a safe Tory one. It was held for many years by Ernest Marples, he of Premium Bond and Motorway fame, if any of you go back that far.

Ernest Marples was a bit of a disaster for the Conservative Party in Wallasey.
He took a 15,000 majority in 1959 and reduced it to less than 600 in 1966.
