I'd love to see the hard evidence that TR has quashed Muslim grooming gangs.

/// The news reporters probably outnumbered the marchers ! ///

Yes all sent to report on any violence that might take place.

Funny how they shy away from reporting what the protesters had to say.

No they can't have that broadcast to the nation now could they?

But thanks to youtube we can;

Mikey, I haven’t suggested you’re importing anything. I’ve asked you why you object to the arrival of a racist right wing group from Germany but not to the arrival of a far larger and far more threatening racist right wing group from the Middle East and beyond. If you don’t have an answer, just say.
Well said naomi,
and Zacs; //I'd love to see the hard evidence that TR has quashed Muslim grooming gangs.//

Well here's Tommy as early as may 2012 highlighting it, while it took another 2 years for the police, the local council and the media to finally accept what was happening in Rotherham;

Police have warned protesters attending an anti-Islam march through Birmingham on Saturday 6 February it will "come down hard" on any troublemakers, as hundreds attended the city's main mosque on Friday (5 February) to urge people not to attend. Some 370 Pegida UK supporters are expected to descend on the city to take part in a "silent walk".

March through Birmingham !. Where they held the march is out by Birmingham airport, about 10 miles from the city centre.
av were the Muslim 'protesters' against' Charlie Hebdo required to gather outside the City Centre when they held an excursion? Or indeed feel that silence was in order for the event to be allowed?
Perhaps that venue was chosen for financial reasons, don't you have to pay if you require city/town streets closed?
I have no idea what happened with the Charlie Hebdo protesters, I haven't seen anything about them, Togo.
Could well be, Mamya. Also very close to Birmingham international train station, so pretty easy to get to.
//"They talk of the history of Birmingham [as one of cohesion and tolerance]. The truth is it was, but not any more. Now it's a hotbed for radical Islam. These council leaders never came out to condemn the marches held by Muslim extremists, like the anti-free speech protests condemning the Charlie Hebdo cartoons. They're hypocrites."//

Ah right av. I read the above quote by Robinson is all.
I thought that he would have mentioned the 'Trojan Horse' thing.
AOG, would you ask the same question if this was a 'Peaceful Silent March' to call for the introduction of Sharia law to the UK ?
You have to be fair to both sides in any debate.
Khandro. Bringing it to the attention of the police (who, I strongly suspect, knew about it anyway) isn't the same as actively eradicating it. I think your 'bigging his part up' enormously.
Did Khandro say Tommy Robinson has actively eradicated it? Can you please give me a time reference for his post? I can't see where he said that.
Naomi, his comment 'Without Tommy Robinson, numerous Muslim grooming gangs would still be in operation without fear of arrest.' Strongly suggested (to me, at least) that Tommy was the hero of the hour and that he somehow masterminded their downfall. By the way, there are still many gangs in operation.
Zacs-Master, you’re allowing your hatred of Tommy Robinson to influence your rationality again. The suggestion is not that he is responsible for eradicating the problem – we know it continues - but simply that he brought it to the attention of the authorities. To my mind that does make him the hero of that particular hour. Regardless of what you think of him personally, someone needs to say what he’s saying and he is to be commended for having the courage to say it. When politics or personal foibles override fundamental moral principles a serious reality check is called for. Regardless of who is speaking, right is right. Islam is a blight on civilisation.

Khandro, although it’s correct to say that in the world of Islam menstruation is perceived as maturity, marriages to prepubescent girls do take place. The Koran specifically mentions prepubescent girls in its advice to men on divorce.
If you believe that the authorities didn't know it was going on, then that's mistake No1 on your part. Mistake No2 is assuming TR has any morals. You seem to have fallen into the trap, once again, of assuming that my intense dislike (hatred is such an ugly word) equates to a disagreement with what he's saying. I agree with what he's saying BUT for the umpteenth time, I know why he's saying it. And it's not for the moralistic reasons you suspect. Once again I'm flabbergasted that you've been taken in by him.
It’s not a case of having been ‘taken in by him’ and I’ve no doubt the authorities did know what was going on, but for whatever reason he is saying it, he is saying what needs to be said. Would you rather no one said it?
