I've had a window cleaner for nearly a year now and I'm very pleased with him.He charges £4.20 for 3 medium windows and 1 patio window, and he comes about once a month. I would like to give him a tip for Christmas but don't know how much.Any suggestions? x

If I were him I'd very much appreciate the tips whatever amount they were. The extra money is all tax free and can go into a holiday or car fund, or what is his pleasure.

If his pleasure is wine, he can buy that too. Personally I wouldn't buy a gift, especially wine. What if he receives 50 bottles of the stuff and doesn't drink? Now that would be a waste of money.

gness, you do make me laugh.:-) x Going back to gifts for nurses, I found out that what they really appreciate are tea bags and coffee so that is what I bought them last time I was in hospital. x
