I know people tend to book their holidays in these winter months so what has been your favourite and where are you off to this year?

Just got back from visiting family in Australia which is definately the best holiday I have ever had. Won't have another holiday this year now apart from the odd weekend. Will save up to back instead

Shortly off to New Zealand and California. I've been to both before and loved them. But the most interesting was probably Iran.
Still probably Cancun but loved Antigua. Off to tenerife soon but not sure where we're doing the main holiday.

HAYYYYYYYYYSSSSSSSSSSSSIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
hi wee mate x x
i was in Donegal last year that was so braw i think i may go back to Ireland again this year
I haven't been on holiday for about 3 years now for different reasons, so I am looking forward to going to the South of France in May. One of the best holidays was probably when the kids were younger in Miami and Disney World.
Scotland. Go there every year. Last year had a wonderful week of sun, beautiful scenery, great hotels and fishing on Skye. Same the year before on Mull.

This year will probably do one of the Western Isles. Just me, my car (roof off), no mobile phone and absolute peace and soliltute. Heaven.
California or New York.

Not sure about this year. Have got my brother's wedding in Canada in September so that will be a bit of a holiday too and want to go see my cousin and his family in Washington.

May be going back to Budapest as well to see some clients again which would be great as went last year and loved it.
Barmaid, don't you drown with the roof off in the west of scotland or were you here on the one day of Summer we had last year?

Awww stompe I am faaaar too old for an 18-30!

Barmaid I hope you have a great time, I don't think I am going to go abroad this year, but will defo be doing some travelling around the UK.
Barmaid, you can't beat it when you get the weather - golden sands - and completely empty - if it was sunny all the time it would just be full of neds and rubbish! I love Skye, never been to Mull- Arran is lovely too, but I would really recommend going as far North as you can - drive up to Applecross go right round and through glen torridon and go right up to see Stac Pollaidh and Suilven and more of the Mountains up there - it's like a different world. Go to Ullapool and have a drink in the fishermans bar and look over the harbour. You can get the ferry to stornoway from there.
Been to centerparcs loads of times - the kids love swimming and the water slides - as long as they are happy then I am too. :o)
Yep, love that area Annie. Been there several times. Often stay at the Loch Torridon hotel. I love that area - I think its even more beautiful than Glen Coe and surrounding areas, but you just don't get the hoards of tourists. And the food at the Applecross Inn is just divine - sitting in the garden looking over the sea as the sun sets is sublime (but only if you can bear the drive over the Pass of the Cattle, which I don't think is for the faint hearted!!!)
