If you are just going for a holiday, its free using the visa waiver scheme. You will be given a form to fill out on the plane to give to the US immigration officer.

If you actually need a visa it's �60 or thereabouts. $US100 in local currency - don't know how often or how accurately they adjust for the exchange rate.

If you need one because of criminal convictions then you cannot be certain of getting one by June, particularly for something serious. If you need one for other reasons then it normally takes a few days from your interview at the Embassy - for which there is normally about a month's waiting list.
